Referring Physicians

We are currently accepting referrals for adult patients only. Please send your referral information to our fax number at 705-222-6447.

 

Referrals will be prioritized based on their urgency & specific reason for referral. Please note that due to a high volume of requests from across Northeastern Ontario, non-urgent cases may experience wait times of up to 22 months (as of January 2025).

 

Patients will be contacted as their appointment date approaches, as we schedule appointments a maximum of 3 to 6 weeks in advance.
